Payment Terms and Refund policy
Edugraff reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, Edugraff may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event Edugraff reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Australian Dollars. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in Australia for making payments to Edugraff
By using the Edugraff Web application, you are expressly agree that you will be invoiced by the tutor for your use of the tutoring services via the Edugraff platfrom. As the collection agent for the tutor, Edugraff shall send invoices to your account on behalf of the tutor and also send email for each instalment paid. The instalments are calculated based on the expected of number of sessions for a period ( for one month) as per your chosen plan.. You can pay to recharge the subscription using the Edugraff account for each instalment or sign up a standing direct debit instruction. You may be allowed to make payments to multiple periods in advance subject to certain limits.
The Subscription Account ("Subscription Account") is a pre-paid payment instrument which is associated with your Website account. Your credit amounts will be consumed when sessions are taken Any unused credits will be carried over to the next period (month).Similarly, extra sessions taken, unless paid ,will create a shortage of credit. Taking into account, unused sessions and extra sessions, actual statements will be listed in the student account.Edugraff will not pay any interest on the amount maintained by you in your Subscription Account.
Your Subscription Account must be have sufficient credit for atleast one session at any time to enable live sessions (which is a prepaid amount that you added to the Subscription Account to pay for future orders on the Website)
The credit in the subscription Account (prepaid amount) will be entirely refundable.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will Edugraff will be liable for any money lying to your credit in Subscription Account, any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages or losses of any kind, arising from the use of Subscription Account or association with the Subscription Account
While availing any of the payment methods available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transactions, or
- Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank's", or
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
- Decline of transaction for any other reasons
Academic Year-End Refund
Towards the end of the academic year/ end of December, you can use the remaining credits if any to take up additional sessions / exam preparation in the current academic year or convert the credits to request new subscription for the next academic year. If you do not wish to avail any of these options, Edugraff will initiate refund to you within 30 days of ending the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription to Edugraff at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. To cancel, you may call our Customer Care at between the hours of 10 am AWST and 8 pm AWST, 5 days a week starting Monday to Friday. Edugraff reserves the right to terminate your account for any or no reason.
All your payments made on Edugraff are eligible for refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request Refunds are done after deducting the value of consumed hours on pro-rata basis.
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the user will be processed within 7 working days after intimation by the user.
